DOMINO MAG. an icon resurrected.

Good Gracious! MARCH! The last time I posted?

I am sorry?

You and Your Decor has been busy making this world of ours a more esthetically pleasing place to live in. We have also have totally cleaned out our design office and made it more FUNCTIONAL!

I found a lot of DOMINO MAGAZINES under a 3 foot pile of discontinued fabrics, while I was cleaning out the closets, this past week.

So I sat back and became enveloped in the articles and photographs of the totally livable spaces that Domino Magazine gave me me month after month.

Yep, yep! I went online and found some photos that went right along with them.

Most, if not all of these environments are by the sought after designer Mary McDonald out of New York. Talk about a Domino Mag favorite.

Upon searching for these images online I stumbled across this post from the "Take Sunset Blog"

Editor-in-Chief, Julie Raimondi says, “I’m thrilled to announce that brides.com has been granted access to all of the stories from the late, great Domino magazine. It was my favorite magazine, and I feel so incredibly lucky to be able to turn its pages into a digital archive for our users. We have a number ofDomino stories now, but will be adding more and more in the weeks and months to come, so keep checking back.”

Shut Up! all articles? I am going to dive into brides.com to check out the hype. In the mean time I stumbled upon the fabulous e-mag composed from the very editors that made Domino, well Domino. LonNY http://www.lonnymag.com/.

Well I feel like I just got a days worth of work done! My office is still not clean but I uncovered a stash of my old Domino Magazines!
